Tree Removal Changes

At the May 25th, 2024 Board of Directors meeting the board voted to approve changes to the tree removal guidelines.
Pursuant to and in conjuction with the Covenants and Standing Rules of Flint Ridge, tree removals of up to 5 inches in diameter or 15.75 inches in circumference measured 3 feet above the ground be allowed without a permit. Trees exceeding these dimensions will require a permit and approval from the ACC.
