Restaurant opening in September

Grill 51 at Flint Ridge hopes to have its official opening on Wednesday Sept. 11th. Hours will be Wednesday thru Saturday 8am to 3pm for breakfast and lunch.
Open Saturdays in August

The POA office will be open Saturdays in August from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. The office will be closed on Sundays.
Tree Removal Changes

At the May 25th, 2024 Board of Directors meeting the board voted to approve changes to the tree removal guidelines.
