 GRILL 51 AT FLINT RIDGE IN NOW OFFICIALLY OPEN

We are so incredibly excited to be open with the New and Improved "Grill 51 Flint Ridge" Restaurant.  We are a small family owned business founded in 2019 by husband and wife team Johnathan and Felicia Simpson.  Jonathan possesses over 20+ years of experience in all areas of the restaurant Food Industry ranging from casual to some of the highest regarded restaurants in the Midwest.  Jonathan has put his heart and soul into building Grill 51 from the ground up through innovative cooking and training techniques to maximize each guests dining experience. 

  Felicia Simpson is a practicing dietitan of over 8 years and has over 5 years of experience in commercial kitchen settings outside of the 5 years that Grill 51 has been operating.  She and Jonathan also started Sandee's Eats and Treats, which provides a good portion of the desserts and breads that Grill 51 uses on a daily basis.  

Hours  

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday  11 am to 8 pm
